Sign up at tradeiz.com/signup with your email and a strong password. You must confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept our Terms of Service. Email verification is required before full access to chart and subscription features.

Use the same email and password on the web app, desktop client and mobile app when available. Active sessions are listed under Account → Security. Sign out remotely from any device you no longer trust.

Yes. Enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) under Account → Security. We strongly recommend 2FA for accounts with an active paid subscription or API keys.

Open Account → Profile, scroll to the danger zone and request account deletion. This permanently removes your profile, saved layouts, alerts and subscription access after the current billing period ends. Export any YeScript scripts or API usage records first if you need them — deletion cannot be undone.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to receive a reset link. To change your login email, open Account → Profile and follow the verification flow — both old and new addresses may need to confirm the change.

Free and paid tiers are listed on the Pricing page. Plans differ by feature entitlements — chart indicators, AI usage, API rate limits, YeScript publishing and cross-venue data depth. Compare limits before upgrading.

Go to Account → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date so you keep paid entitlements until the period you already paid for ends.

Cancel anytime under Account → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid term; auto-renew is turned off immediately. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by local law or as stated in our Terms of Service. See the Billing section for the full policy and how to contact support for billing disputes.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Supported methods depend on your region and may include major credit and debit cards. Invoices and receipts are available under Account → Subscription.

Tradeiz is a crypto perpetual data terminal and chart workspace. We aggregate live and historical derivatives market data — order flow, funding, open interest, liquidations and cross-venue positioning — into research dashboards and a multi-pane chart desk. We do not hold customer funds or execute orders on your behalf.

No. Tradeiz is neither a broker, exchange, custodian nor investment adviser. We provide market data, analytics tools and optional strategy automation. You trade on third-party venues through their own accounts; Tradeiz does not route orders or take counterparty risk.

Major centralised perpetual venues (including Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget and others) and selected decentralised perpetual markets (such as Hyperliquid and dYdX) under a normalised schema. The Coverage page lists current integrations and data freshness per venue.

Latency varies by venue, data type and your subscription tier. Most real-time feeds are near-exchange with sub-second to low-second delay over WebSocket; historical and aggregated datasets may lag further during maintenance. status.tradeiz.com reports active incidents.

Tradeiz runs in modern browsers at tradeiz.com. A Windows desktop client is available for chart-focused workflows; mobile apps are rolling out by platform. Your account, layouts and entitlements sync when you sign in on any supported client.

Yes. The chart workspace supports named multi-pane layouts linked to your account. Layouts include symbol lists, timeframe, indicators and drawing objects. Paid tiers allow more saved layouts and cross-device sync.

Tradeiz ships a core library (moving averages, RSI, MACD, volume profiles and more) plus order-flow overlays (footprint, depth heatmaps, large-trade markers). Indicator availability and parameter depth may vary by subscription tier; the chart indicator picker shows which are locked.

Yes. The drawing toolbar includes trend lines, rays, horizontal levels, rectangles and text notes. Drawings persist with your saved layout and can be toggled per pane.

Add multiple panes to a layout and pick the venue per pane under the symbol selector. Tradeiz normalises tick sizes and timestamps so cross-venue comparison stays aligned on one desk.

Create alerts from the chart toolbar or dedicated alert dialogs. Alerts can trigger on price crosses, indicator conditions or platform events. Delivery channels depend on your plan (in-app, email, webhook where enabled).

Active alert limits depend on your subscription tier. Compare caps on the Pricing page. Paused or expired alerts do not count toward your active quota.

Webhook delivery is available on eligible paid plans. Configure the callback URL in the alert dialog; payloads are JSON with symbol, condition and trigger timestamp in UTC. Test with a low-frequency alert before wiring production automation.

YeScript is Tradeiz’s domain-specific language for in-chart strategy logic, alerts and lightweight automation. Scripts run in a sandboxed runtime with access to bar data, built-in indicators and platform events. See the YeScript overview and language reference for syntax and examples.

Eligible plans can publish vetted scripts to the YeScript community hub. Published scripts are reviewed for safety — no network calls, file access or order routing. You retain ownership; see the YeScript creators page for publishing guidelines.

YeScript cannot place orders, move funds, call external URLs or access your exchange API keys. It is a chart-side logic layer for indicators, alerts and research overlays — not a trade execution bridge.

Limits are per API key and tied to your subscription tier. Exceeding a quota returns HTTP 429 with Retry-After guidance. Usage meters are visible under Account → API; upgrade your plan if you need higher sustained throughput.

REST endpoints serve historical bars, snapshots, reference metadata and account-scoped resources. WebSocket streams push live trades, depth, liquidations and other low-latency feeds. Entitlements may gate specific datasets on either transport.

Tradeiz AI is the in-chart assistant that helps interpret market context, explain platform features and draft YeScript snippets. Responses are generated from market summaries and product knowledge — they are informational, not trade recommendations.

Tradeiz AI does not connect to your exchange accounts or order history. It uses chart context you are viewing and aggregated market data licensed to Tradeiz. See our Privacy Policy for how prompts and telemetry are handled.

Tradeiz is not offered to residents of jurisdictions listed in our Terms of Service §2.1, including Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK) and Syria. If you relocate to a restricted region you must stop using the service.

No. Circumventing geographic restrictions violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension. We enforce eligibility using residency declarations and technical signals.

We collect account, billing and usage data needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data. Full categories, retention and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

Treat API keys like passwords: store them in a secrets manager, scope each key to the minimum entitlements, rotate on compromise and revoke unused keys under Account → API. Never embed keys in client-side code or public repositories.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and locale. Analytics cookies, where enabled, help us understand feature usage in aggregate. You can review categories in the cookie banner and your browser settings.

Confirm you are signed in, disable ad blockers for tradeiz.com, try a hard refresh and check status.tradeiz.com for incidents. If a single symbol fails, switch venue or timeframe — upstream maintenance can affect one integration temporarily.

Verify your subscription includes the dataset, check the venue status badge on the symbol header and compare against the exchange directly. Persistent gaps after an incident clears should be reported to [email protected] with symbol, venue and UTC timestamp.
