Read this Risk Disclosure carefully before relying on any data, signal, screener output, AI commentary, or backtest on the Tradeiz Platform to inform a trading decision. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all or substantially all of your capital.

1. No Investment, Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing on tradeiz.com (the "Platform") constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any digital asset, security, futures contract, derivative, or other financial instrument. All content — including but not limited to dashboards, sentiment indices, liquidation tapes, on-chain feeds, screener outputs, AI-generated commentary, chart annotations, and any signals or scores — is published solely for informational and educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any decision you make based on information you obtain through the Platform. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel in your jurisdiction before making any investment or trading decision.

2. AI-Generated Analysis Notice

The Platform incorporates an AI assistant (the "Tradeiz AI") that can read your chart context, query market data, write and run trading strategies (YeScript), and produce written commentary, charts, and structured analysis. The following provisions apply specifically to AI-generated output:

• Educational and exploratory in nature. Any text, code, indicator, backtest result, or strategy produced by the Tradeiz AI is generated by a large language model and is provided for educational and exploratory purposes only. It is not a personalised recommendation.
• No guarantees of accuracy. Large language models can produce factual errors, outdated references, hallucinated data, miscalculated metrics, or incorrect YeScript logic. We make no warranty that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, up-to-date, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Backtest results do not predict future returns. Strategies executed via the Tradeiz AI's run_strategy_in_chart tool produce historical backtest metrics. Past performance — whether produced by AI, by you, or by any third party — is not indicative of future results. Backtests omit slippage, exchange fees, partial fills, market impact, funding costs, and other live-market frictions unless explicitly modelled.
• Verify before acting. Always cross-check AI-generated numbers against the underlying venue or data source. Always read AI-generated YeScript line-by-line before saving or running it on real capital. The AI's output is a starting point for your own analysis, not a substitute for it.
• AI cannot place orders. The Tradeiz AI has read access to your chart and write access to your YeScript editor, but it has NO authority to place, modify, or cancel any order on any exchange or wallet on your behalf. All order placement remains under your sole control.

3. Data Accuracy and Latency

The Platform aggregates data from third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (including Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Gate.io, Coinbase, Kraken, HTX, and others), on-chain sources, and public APIs. While we monitor data quality continuously, we make no warranty that any data point — including but not limited to price, volume, open interest, funding rate, liquidation, depth-book, trade, or on-chain transfer — is free from latency, gaps, upstream errors, exchange downtime, API throttling, or reconciliation delays.

Real-time and aggregated data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Always cross-check critical data points against the underlying venue before sizing, opening, or closing any position.

4. Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, trade twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and are subject to operational, regulatory, custodial, and counterparty risks that are different in kind and magnitude from those affecting traditional financial markets. Perpetual futures and other leveraged derivatives carry the additional risk of forced liquidation, which can result in the loss of your entire initial margin and, depending on the venue, additional debt owed to the exchange.

You should not engage in cryptocurrency trading with capital you cannot afford to lose. The Platform does not assess your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or trading experience; you are solely responsible for ensuring that any trading activity you undertake is suitable for you.

5. Third-Party Content and Marks

The Platform includes data, logos, ticker symbols, exchange names, and other materials supplied by or attributable to third parties. All such marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under fair-use and/or referential-use principles for the limited purpose of identifying the underlying venue or data source.

The charting interface is powered by TradingView Lightweight Charts, used under its applicable license. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of third-party content.

6. No Fiduciary Duty

Use of the Platform does not create any fiduciary relationship, broker-dealer relationship, agency relationship, or trust relationship between you and Tradeiz. The Platform is a software tool for accessing aggregated market data and AI-assisted analytics; it is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money services business, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or other regulated financial intermediary in any jurisdiction.

7. Jurisdictional Limitations

The Platform is intended for users who are legally permitted to access cryptocurrency-related information and services in their jurisdiction. If access to or use of the Platform is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for refraining from such access or use. Tradeiz does not target, solicit, or onboard users in jurisdictions where doing so would violate applicable law.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Platform is not directed at, and must not be accessed or used by, persons located in any Restricted Territory as defined in Section 2.1 of our Terms of Service, including Mainland China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR, and Taiwan), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeiz, its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including without limitation damages for loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, even if Tradeiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform may contain forward-looking statements, projections, or estimates regarding cryptocurrency markets, on-chain activity, or other subjects. Such statements are subject to risks, uncertainties, and assumptions that may cause actual results to differ materially.
