We build Tradeiz so traders with different abilities, setups and assistive technologies can research markets and use our tools with dignity and independence.
Tradeiz is a data-dense trading platform. We know that charts, heatmaps and multi-pane layouts can create barriers when they are not designed thoughtfully. We are committed to an inclusive experience across our public website, account flows and chart workspace, and we treat accessibility as a continuous programme — not a one-time checklist.
Our design and engineering work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. We target Level AA success criteria where practicable, and we monitor U.S. Section 508 requirements for federally related use cases. Our goal is that content remains perceivable, operable and understandable regardless of how you navigate Tradeiz.
Marketing pages, pricing, legal documents and account sign-in flows on tradeiz.com share a common shell. We improve them as a set:
The chart is Tradeiz’s most capable — and most demanding — surface. Full canvas accessibility is an active engineering track. Today and on our roadmap:
Documentation for our public REST API follows the same readability baseline as the marketing site. Embeddable chart components inherit theme contrast settings from the host page where possible; if you embed Tradeiz widgets on your own site, you remain responsible for surrounding page accessibility, and we publish guidance as those embed paths mature.
Accessibility is never finished. If you hit a barrier — a control you cannot reach by keyboard, text that disappears in your theme, or a screen-reader announcement that makes no sense — email us at [email protected]. Include "Accessibility" in the subject line.
Thank you for using Tradeiz and for helping us make the platform work for more people.
